On June 25^th, 2024, China Sodium Times (Shenzhen) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd (CSIT) has announced a major investment in na-ion battery research and development (R&D) and production with a total investment of ‌2 billion yuan‌, CSIT plans to build a 0.5GWh sodium ion battery cell semi-automatic pilot line and a 5GWh Pack production line in the first stage.
