Main Feature of 124kWh sodium ion battery pack:
Long cycle life. The cathode material we use is polynaion, cycle life is at lease 6000 times at 0.5C 80% DOD.
Much safer. Sodium ion battery is much safer than lithium ion battery, it’s non-flammable and won’t explode even puncture it.
Modular design, easy to install. The module is mainly composed of liquid cooling plate, battery, battery management unit (BMM), positive and negative connectors and upper cover. It adopts 1P52S grouping method with dual module integration technology, which has compact structure, fast production efficiency and high energy density.
Wide working temperature range. Sodium ion battery could work under the temperature of -40~80℃, when it work under -40℃, the capacity could be discharged out at least 70%.

Product Overview
Cell: prismatic polyanion SIB cell inside, 6000+ cycle life. Rated voltage is 2.8V, rated capacity is 170Ah.
Battery module: The module is mainly composed of liquid cooling plate, battery, battery management unit (BMM), positive and negative connectors and upper cover, etc., and adopts 1P52S grouping method with dual module integration technology.
Battery cluster: The battery system adopts a multi-layer plug-in frame design, and each component adopts a plug-in installation method. The battery system includes 1 high-voltage box and 5 packs of battery modules.
BMS:The energy storage battery management system adopts a two-level architecture, including a slave management unit BMM and a master management unit BCMS
PCS:The energy storage cabinet is equipped with one 60 kW modular energy storage converter from Yuntian Tianneng, which has high and low voltage ride through capabilities. It adopts a plug-in installation and supports seamless online switching between parallel and off grid operation modes.
Fire protection system: Each PACK is equipped with a module level fire extinguishing device that can automatically detect, start, and extinguish fires without the need for a power supply, achieving PACK level safety protection.
